Question:  How much will my treatment cost?

Answer:  The cost of your treatment depends on two factors: the severity of your health challenge and your insurance.  The consultation is always complimentary! Then, after your doctor has sat with you and learned about your reasons for coming to our office he/she will decide what course of action is best. If at that time there are any fees that you will be responsible for, the doctors will let you know prior to services being provided.

Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.  We will contact your insurance company for you and verify your benefits.  If you do not have insurance we have a variety of affordable payment plans available.  We will discuss this option with you and help you decide which is the best option for you.

Question: Will X-rays be necessary?

Answer:  It depends on your individual case and your individual set of circumstances. The doctor will gather this information during his/her initial assessment of your case. If x-rays are necessary, we have diagnostic radiographic imaging on location.  If you have x-rays taken by a previous doctor, please bring them with you if you have access to these films.  We can also request imaging reports from other clinics.

Question: Will I be adjusted on the same day?

Answer: Sometimes it may be more beneficial to your case if the doctor is able to thoroughly review any exam and x-ray findings available prior to any treatment taking place. However, in acute cases involving a lot of pain or a sudden onset it may be in your best interest for the doctor to begin treatment sooner than later. Each case is assessed on an individual basis to determine when treatment should begin.

Question:  How long is the first visit going to take?

Answer:  You should plan on about an hour in our office for your first visit.  You can decrease this time by printing off our new patients forms from our website or we can fax or mail it to you prior to your appointment. Otherwise, allow for an extra 15 minutes in our office for completing the necessary paperwork.

Question:  Do you take my insurance?

Answer:  We accept most insurances and are preferred providers for many including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Midland's Choice, Coventry, United Healthcare, Principal, Aetna, Cigna, Sanford Health Plan, and Title 19 or Medicaid (Iowa and Nebraska). We offer a complimentary benefits call on your insurance. If you do not have insurance or insurance benefits for chiropractic, we offer affordable payment options. Our staff is dedicated to working with you on your behalf!
